Worst KFC ever. Slow, ALWAYS out of something or other (wings, Dr Pepper, employees, you name it), sometimes can't take cards, employees are not knowledgeable about the menu, etc. The property and building look awful. I can't believe this place is still open.
The new KFC zinger is very good. This location overall needs a good scrubbing, and is better to visit during peak times, but it's not a bad example of what KFC can offer.
Always yummy and reminds me of my old Kentucky home.....
This KFC takes so long, I've been in line for 10 minutes and I haven't even placed an order yet. Fourth time this has happened so I'm leaving a review this time. Don't get me wrong the food is always good. It just take way too long
Food is great! Osbie is the cashier name on the receipt and he was awesome! I felt bad for him tho because he had to tell several customers in a row that they were out of numerous pieces of chicken and types.. all the while the other person on drive through called ‘sierra’ several times for assistance and ‘sierra’ actually hid from them and kept talking on her personal cell phone. Customer service is a must if you want return business. It’s bad enough trying to apologize for not having product available but as a customer and standing at the counter watching the blatant avoidance of work responsibilities to the public, that’s a sure way to run a store down quickly. Play at home, hide n seek at home, work when you are at work.
