This is our favorite place. I'm an observer and have 35yrs experience in customer service and and joined the John Maxwell team. Some locations lack customer service and are not pleasant. This location have the best service and will continue to eat there as long as their service is great.
Best fast food chicken ever! I love to eat ChikFilA, even if they have done away with their super tasty coleslaw.

I love Jesus so ergo I love Chic-fila. But seriously, it is really good food. I would give this store 5 stars but only giving it 4 because I'm really disappointed that CFA hasn't put a store on the south side of Madison (near I-565, etc). This store is packed constantly and my family will literally not go there at times cause it's too busy. CFA needs to fix this with a new franchise in Madison. Also, due to the busy nature, the parking is terrible and getting in and out is downright dangerous sometimes (backs up onto Hwy 72). I know this simply means the restaurant is popular and its a not their fault, but CFA could double their profits by making a new chain in south Madison and offsetting all those customers from the current store. Both stores would still be very busy I'm sure, but not annoyingly so.
This is one of the friendliest places I have ever been! I have eaten here three times now, and it's always the same; everyone greets you with a smile, it's immaculately clean, fresh flowers on the table and the food is excellent! The sandwich I had today nearly brought me to tears it was so delicious, tender and juicy! Do yourself a favor and visit them, you will not be disappointed.
Great food, great service, and great prices. This place is busy most of the time, so be prepared to search for a parking spot. It is busy for good a good reason though. Let your kids play in the play place while waiting on your food. I have never had a bad experience here! Your food is always correct, which is rare in fast food these days.
Even though they are always super busy, they have the production and delivery down to a fine art and science. The line is always wrapped around the building, but they deliver food so fast its always piping hot!
