Overall experience at this restaurant of Cracker Barrel was good but could have been better overall with the customer service while dining here. Customer service was great in the store area. Food was great and the cost is not outrageous. The only issue with this chain of restaurants is that they don't do a military discount for retired and active duty military. Please fix this Cracker Barrel. I would definitely eat here again on another visit to Huntsville.
Food is always very good but beware to go orders. I just got food to go tonight and the chicken tenders were grilled chicken. Although they were good but not what I ordered. Have had several mix ups over the years.
The manager was very professional and nice. We had a couple of problems with things being left off our order the first night we got to go food. He promptly replaced the order and we ordered two more days in a row afterwards for our whole family. A nice manager and good customer service goes a long way with the way I enjoy a place. The gift shop was clean and creative, so many things to look at. Service was amazing, fast and well trained. I highly recommend and will return.
The service in this location is fantastic the service is great and so is the food! Keep up the Great service. We go there often. I worked in customer service for many years and expected my employees to provide excellent service and I expect excellent service.
I love Cracker Barrel. I love the food and the shopping. I have a small pomeranian in a stroller and they always treat her like they are so happy to see her. She gets so excited and it makes the trip happier for us all.
