My fiancee and I rented a 16ft truck & car dolly from here for my fiancee's move to Maryland. I personally found the place to be OK. They did give us a low mileage truck, with only 35K+ miles on it. The truck was clean, and we loved it. The ladies at the front desk didn't seem to know the trucks well - e.g., they couldn't answer the clearance for the truck well. I would still have given the place 4/5, but I wasn't happy with the dolly. The dolly seemed old, and the platform on the dolly (where the front wheels of the car sit) was not positioned perpendicular to the ramps used to load the car. I asked the guy who gave the dolly to us about this, and he said it will be OK once we loaded the car, but it wasn't. We couldn't load the car in the first place, and had to take the dolly back, and get it straightened out. We lost about 45min doing this. The dolly also seemed to get stuck on the hitch, and it was difficult to detach it.
Do business with them constantly. Dependable. Punctual. Practical.
Reserved a truck with a lift. The day we went to pick it up they had none available. Pathetic service.
Had a great truck with very low miles. The team checked me and quickly and I was out the door. Very frendly service.
