I had a really great experience renting my first storage unit from Extra Space Storage on Slaughter Road- and LeChelle was amazing to work with! Not only did she give me a "walk through" of the varying sizes I was looking at- but she assisted me with reserving online- talked me through all the details of renting the space- explained the "why" behind the renters insurance as it pertains to climate controlled units specifically- and had a big welcoming smile on her face the entire time! She is an asset to your company- and I would absolutely refer others to your storage units as well!
