The room and service were both great. The pool was a great bonus too. Breakfast was good with slightly different options each day. The only negative is they are in the process of remodeling so the lobby and rooms were functional but not fully put together. It was a great stay though!
The customer service was great, however, renovations were going on so my windows were covered with plastic - no view. Also the room was very dusty, and when I pulled the bedcover back it was hair in the bed. Exterior of the hotel was not well lit. Will
This hotel was the only pet friendly place available in Alabama after evacuating Florida from Hurricane Irma. Not only is this hotel clean, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and after a day of driving the coffee was very much appreciated! We extended our stay another few days with no trouble. Debbie is fantastic! She was very personable to us and was tireless in making sure breakfast was great for everyone.
The staff is great and helpful. The carpet and things are old and dirty. They are going to renovate so hopefully that will be soon. Nice pool and spa!
