What absolutely APPALLED and ANGERED me was the fact that, 15 minutes into the graduation ceremony that afternoon, somebody from the Rabbit's Nest called me back, not once, not twice.....but SEVEN TIMES IN A ROW. Thankfully, I had my phone on vibrate. Nonetheless, the buzzing disturbed those around me, and eventually I was able to turn off my phone despite it constantly ringing. My phone does not record calls after being turned off, so I don't know how many times they called after I powered down.
All that to say.....what the heck. I have never experienced such tremendous unprofessional behavior.

They are the nicest,sweetest,and most helpful. And of course extremely talented at what they do. I will use only this florist from now on. Also very reasonable. And I have to agree with mrs. Carpenter, they are the most accommodating of any florist I've ever used. I live In Boaz, and theres quite a few florists in Boaz yet I go to Albertville because like Mrs carpenter said, they are very professional. I've used them for almost 2 years now. And have had nothing but a great experience every time.
These ladies are so phenomenal and sweet! I will always come back they have the best flowers in town and are always high quality!

The hours listed on google don't match their actual hours. I needed to pick up some flowers for a graduation this past Saturday, so I called ahead to see if they would have what I needed. When it went to voicemail, I promptly hung up, assuming that they were busy with other customers. I called back a few minutes later, and when it went to voicemail again I decided to listen to the outgoing message, which was how I discovered they were actually closed. First of all, they need to get the hours fixed, but that didn't really bother me...
