We have used this florist to send arrangements for funerals and birthdays but now that I have finally seen what is being sent I will never use them again. So disappointed.

Yesterday I ordered an arrangement and balloons to be delivered to a friends daughter who has been sick. The arrangement online was absolutely beautiful but what she got was vaguely similar to the picture. I know they always show the largest arrangement but I ordered the medium one which I expected would be somewhat smaller, however, it was miniscule in comparison to the online image. One of the balloons was partially deflated. All that for $113!
Another florist caused me 3 weeks of stress just trying to get the status of my 'order', then what they finally produced was exactly what I said I did NOT want.

A friend ordered flowers for me from FTD website. When they didn't have the vase that was shown online, they called my friend to confirm that the substitute was workable. The arrangement was delivered when she requested and the arrangement was beautiful and lasted 2 weeks. I couldn't have been more pleased with them!
