I was calling from several states away to order flowers for a dear friend, but had difficulty finding a florist that delivered, until we found Rabbit's Nest Florist and Gifts online. Libby really made me feel at home. I felt she really cared about helping me get the lovely plant I needed to help my friend celebrate her birthday. She was warm and personable, and she had good prices, too. I was very glad I had called her instead of a large business.
Such a fantastic place that truly lives up to its name. The flowers are beautiful and the rabbits are fluffy. What more could you want?

This florist definitely went the extra mile and I could not have been more pleased with the personal attention and beautiful orchid chosen for my mother's 84th birthday. Her prices are also very reasonable. I live in Pennsylvania and called Rabbit's Nest 2 days before my mom's birthday. Mom loves orchids, but Libby, the owner, didn't have any in stock. She had seen a nice selection at the wholesaler and volunteered to make a special trip back to the wholesaler and wanted to choose something based on my preferences, which she did. She provided names of different orchids so I could look at photos online to help me choose a favorite. We talked on the phone 2 or 3 times and exchanged emails -- she made sure that both I and my mom would be pleased. WOW! I was so impressed she took so much time -- she made me feel like I was her only customer and was never in a hurry. She sent one final email telling me about the conversation she had with Mom when she delivered the orchid -- helped me to feel like I was right there and not 900 miles away -- Mom is paralized from a stroke, was an avid gardener in younger years, and Libby helped me bring the garden indoors for Mom with the beautiful yellow and fushia orchid. I am SOOOO glad I chose to call THIS florist out of all the ones listed. They will get all my business in the future. (Jackie in Pennsylvania -- April 2009)
