As a African American customer, I feel like the staff always seem to find work to do in the area where I am shopping or the staff treats me like it is my first time shopping. They are overly helpful in my area. This company should understand by now that all races steal. Stop targeting just a few while letting others get away with murder. This is not a pun. Your company is known for letting a certain race steal item which they later use to harm others. Treat every customer equal. I to want a great Walmart experience.
I went in on Black Friday and was met by an abundance of employees. All of them were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If the Wal-Mart that is closest to me doesn't have something I will gladly drive the few extra miles to this one.
It's a good Walmart, compared to some of the other ones in town. Pretty clean. Helpful employees.
Lines are too long. There is no hustle when it comes to the employees. As a customer, you are on their time. I can't tell you how many times I saw two employees chatting/gossiping while people waited in the long lines, or waited to ask a question. It seems that there are never enough checkout lines for the amount of people. On a good note, the selection at this Wal-Mart is better than that of other Sal marts. They seem to keep things in stock a lot better.
5 stars due to variety of items, courtesy of cashiers, cleanliness is a 3, ease of navigating the aisles a 4, it is a little tough during the day when they choose to stock aisles. I don't buy refrigerated meat from Walmart, we had a bad experience with ground meat.
