The place is kept very clean. All of the items were well organized, as well as picked up off of the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to find all of the items that I needed. The security device did not ruin the clothes when removed. The checkout line moved swiftly. There were a few run away buggies left through the store, but overall a good experience.
I understand Black Friday is busy and I'm willing to forgive long waits, etc. Incompetence, however, is a different ball game. Why on Earth was this woman working the registers?!
Always find great bargains on very good quality products. I have shopped here since the store opened & I had only one misunderstanding with an employee. This was straightened out & we also contacted their corporate headquarters on a policy issue.
Very nice store, inside and out. The staff is always very friendly and extremely nice. The store seems to be staffed well also. I never have to go very far to find an associate. The only negative I really have is the boy's clothes section. It is extremely small. I get it most boy's departments are small but they do not have to be. The rest of the departments are a good size with lots of options. The store is also very easy to navigate.
Lines were ridiculous an associate told me I could check out in jewelry. I go there as directed and the manager ask me what am I doing. I explained I had one item so the associate told me to come here. She then made me go and get back in the long line. There were two available cashier's at the time.
Had an awful experience on admittedly the busiest shopping day of the year. A new cashier was checking us out and gave me all kinds of inaccurate information regarding the size of a discount for signing up for a new credit account (she said it would be a 35% discount when in reality it was two sequentially processed 15% discounts, and she gave me inaccurate information about what would be discounted). The manager came over, didn't address anything about the faulty information and basically said they couldn't "undo" anything (they had already opened up the card in my name once I realized the woman was new and had no idea what she was doing).
