Tj maxx and Marshalls are two of my favorite stores but Marshalls at this location is lacking in customer service. The manager, Teresa, is not helpful has been rude to me and my mother on separate occasions. The TJ Maxx at the Madison location is always a pleasant experience.
I absolutely love Marshall's!!! It's a one stop shopping for everything you need from clothes, shoes, household products, toys, etc at discounted prices. Name brand items!!
I went to purchase a purse that qas secured. At 12pm, i asked an associate there for help and they called someone to help. I already knew what purse i wanted because i went looking around a week prior. Her response was maam someone is on there way, their busy(which is totally understandable becasue its christmas time) myself and another customer was waiting for assistance more than an 1hour and 30 mins. Just to find out that they couldnt find the key. From my understanding that the key was misplaced, but it wasnted. A worker took the key home. I didn't leave until 140pm. A manager took my name and number to call me when the key arrives and i could come back up to the store to purchase the bag. I come to this store all the time, i spend 600 almost every month. I was very displeased because there was a lack of communication.. Honestly, when they found out that the key was not there in 30 mins, they should have told use. Not come 1hr later.. I had to work at 2pm(20 mins after i left). They keys arrived at 2:30pm.. The young young ladies were very apologetic and felt sorry for us waiting that long..
This is a pretty nice Marshall's. They always seem to have good stuff, and the employees are friendly. Super cute Christmas decorations, usually a good selection of ladies' clothes, and I love to pick up gift bags here.
I had a return and they took it back with no problem at all! I also have bought many things from here! I love that they carry men's shoes also! And not just lady's.
