Great staff providing wonderful care!
I took my dog here for a broken nail. They took her back and explained the would fix the nail. That was all that was said the next day i take the bandage off when they said to. And because she starts limping really bad. And i found that the end of her toe was cut off. They never said not once that they were going to cut the end of her toe off. Now its starting to get infected. Do not go here for any reason. They told it would be $100 and it ended up being $180
This is the best vet office, boarding clinic and grooming services you will find in the area, hands down! Piper and Wimblie, my two dogs, are always so well taken care of! We board them several times a year and the staff is so personable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with me and my pets. My dogs never lose weight when they are boarded here and are completely comfortable and they never stink when we pick them up either! We use them for all the services that they offer and have never had a bad experience! If you're looking for a good place for your pets, this is your place!
They fit me into their schedule, at the end of their work day, because I was stressing about the condition of Norah my dog. I will now have a better night sleep after the attention and care I received. Thanks guys!
Brought my 2 year old dog in twice in 2 weeks for vomiting. Doctors perscribed medication the first time and the medications did not work. Brought her in the second time explaining my concerns about an obstruction. Doctor did X-rays and blood work and still could not find anything. Prescribed the same medication again. Took my dog to pet hospital of Madison and immediacy after looking at whitworths X-rays and doing one of their own the doctor informed me there was an obstruction. Now 4 weeks with a sick dog and 2200 dollars later the obstruction was in there for so long that she might not make it through the procedure. I would advise not going to whitworth animal clinic. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.
