Even when there was great concern with an unusual retina problem in one of my eyes, David was empathetic, honest, and up front with his findings. He took a lot of time explaining what the condition was, how to proceed from his office to the office of a retina specialist and explained why he chose the specialist he did.
I can't say enough about Madison Eye Care Center. Dr. Parker and his staff stayed after hours because I was having issues with my eye and helped figure out what the problem was. Their staff is always so friendly and good with all three of my children, including one who has special needs. I will never change to another eye care center. Thank you so much.
There are a lot of eye clinics around the area but none better nor more friendly than Madison Care Center. I have been going there ever since they first started the business and have never had less than superb care. Both David and Michelle give the most through, caring and best explained eye exam and eye care that I have ever received. To me they are the only place I take my eyes. Staff there will meet you with a smile and do all they possibly can to insure you have everything you need or want. It is always a pleasure to visit the Parker's as they are unique and grounded in personal care for their patients. If you have not been there and experienced what life should be like, well give them a shot and I promise you wont be disappointing. Michelle is my personal preference as she has such a wonderful personality and I am not taking away from David as he does too but you judge when you meet them. .
Amazing office, wonderful doctors, and excellent selection of glasses and sunglasses. I have referred family and friends to the office and everyone has been pleased. The are also wonderful with working with my 4 year old.
Our entire family does to them for eye care and we are never disappointed with the time, care, and approach they take with each patient. Their office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Not my best "life" moment but i literally stabbed myself in the eye with a manila folder and cut my cornea. I have never been to an eye doctor before so i was just guessing this would be a good place to stop...literally a blind decision...Pun intended. Dr. Parker was about to walk out the door and they worked me in at 5pm on a busy weekday. He was extremely accommodating and both of my follow ups i was in and out with minimal wait time. They keep their schedule true and do not appear to overbook. They also were very knowledgeable on how to work the insurance system so my BCBS would cover my injury. If your looking for an eye doctor in the Madison area i HIGHLY recommend them. Excellent experience.
