Just moved here from Chicago and needed new brakes for my 2014 Toyota. Someone recommennded coming here. Typically, I would have just went to Toyota but decided due to their brake sale I would give it a try. I ended up adding an oil and filter change because their prices were so low! LEN took care of me and was very helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to add any of these features. He was very integrable and made sure I left satisfied. Went here for a simple rotate and balance, I was told i needed new tires when i didnt, then the technicians tried to tell me my rim was bent when they had 8 to 10 weights on the rim. I wont be going back, and i hope this lets people know the shady business practices of firestone tires
Manager was rude and kept interrupting me. Wasted an entire day for them to tell me they couldn’t get to it that day. Called another place less than a mile away and they had it fixed within 2 hours and was half the price. 2nd time to have similar experience with this location. Firestone should take a close look at this Manager and his lack of empathy for it’s customers.
The Madison location is awesome. They have always taken care of my family and me. There's a lot of really nice guys who work here and they are always real fair and honest.
This location has a staff that is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had an appointment today but I failed to tell them everything I wanted/needed done. They were very nice to accommodate me with my list and letting me know it would take some extra time. I let them know waiting is not a problem. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.
