Very easy to work with staff. They were the cheaper than enterprise. It was a $50 differece one way. I didnt like I was told all locations would be open for drop off but they were not. Next time renting a car will most likely go through them again.
I rent from this location multiple times a month. The staff are very understanding and laid back. I highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. The guy up front gave me attitude when I was asking him questions about the pricing, because I had never rented a car before. They talked about using Hertz cars off the clock and laughed about it. Then he handed me the keys and said the car was out front. I said, "Okay. What car is it?" He said, "It's out front." I said, "There are 20 cars out front." He replied with, "Just click the button. You'll see it." Not cool.
Never rented a car until I got one here...what a pleasant experience. I will be back.
I have never experienced issues with this Hertz location. Its definitely better than Avis and Enterprise. I wish they were open longer on Saturdays but I will take what I can get
