Animal Trax is seriously Awesome. We came in to purchase a bearded dragon and had no idea on what we needed to do to start up but they had the knowledge and equipment to do just that! best customer service, and our kids love coming in and seeing Miss Katelyn, she shows them all the reptiles and little animals! They have absolutely everything you need to take care of your animals! Thanks y'all for your hospitality! We will see y'all every week from now on

This place was great! Got the cheapest hornworms I've ever found in an awesome store. I've been to a ton of pet stores in Alabama and Animal Trax has the best reptile enclosures I've ever seen. Even though the herps are in a temporary environment, they could live their entire lives there. Great store with great environments.
The store is always been a staple for my visitation. Likely because when I first moved here I purchased a small reptile that has since grown to a large adult. These people actually care about their business and it's refreshing to see how they work through the issues which affront them. The storefront is an old Madison, causing not a lot of foot traffic. So it's Word of Mouth that they gain their business and Trust of those who shop, trust in that they are receiving quality. And I can attest that you are if you shop here, that is receiving quality. Their employees are knowledgeable and themselves hobbyists or even darn near herpetologist. I highly recommended visit especially if you have children. New ownership of a pet reptile is needed to appreciate the animal tracks store of the Madison Alabama. On a side note to the regulars, we are treated as family. And I believe that if you to shop here regularly for you're exotic reptile you too will feel the same way
First time visiting yesterday and I must say it's the best reptile store I've been to,so kid friendly and answer any questions....purchased my first ball python yesterday from them and I'm in love !!!!!!!!!
