Honestly it's different every time I go. Some days I get a nice, polite person taking my order. Others I get a rude person. I don't think I've ever had a problem with any of my order or anything, just mainly the staff. Last time I was here I asked for a Loader and the lady laughed and said well which one? I said the potato one, and she said they were out and was very rude about it. I asked for a freeze and she said they were out. So I just got a regular drink and my tacos. It was an older lady. So rude. I've done the online ordering and it wasn't bad either. As long as the person making the food makes sure to read the whole thing especially if you add or take an item off.
Usually am very satisfied with this Taco Bell even though they always mess up something... that’s Taco Bell for you; I’m use to it. But today they just absolutely threw everything in the bag and messes up a specific order they double confirmed with me... very upsetting. My recently had surgery and can only eat certain things, I had to come all the way home to her being dissapointed and hungry because they cannot do their job.
