I couldn't give you five stars but no one is perfect. 8) This is my second year of using Peck-Glasgow. The main reason I guess was and is because of price. I fortunately haven't had a claim so I can't comment if that were to happen. I hope if I do have a claim it will be the same courteous helpful response as you have taking my money. 8)

Tailetha our agent is awesome. We lost our house in the tornado and she personally came to what was left and we cried together. You put your trust in an agent never planning to have a disaster, but I'm so glad we put our trust in Peck Glasgow and Tailetha. They really care about their customers. They signed us up with Cincinnati Insurance and they were great during the aftermath. Wouldn't never change insurance companies. Our family is so blessed to be associated with such honest, loving people.
I will never deal with this unprofessional company again. Tailetha was very unprofessional. Didn’t give me a call back about a quote that took about 4 days! And instead of her calling me back to give me the quote I had to call the office to try and speak with her TWICE but instead she emailed me back knowing there were going to be questions asked about the quote. So much that was unprofessional with Tailetha! but I found soooooo much help through another company that had my quote ready within that day. So yea. Basically they lost my service. I don’t recommend them to anyone that’s starting a business! If I could post 0 stars I would.
