I went to Bradford 4 years ago when I was 17. I went in thinking it would be terrible. Within days I started giving it a chance and about 3 weeks later when I got out, I actually missed some of the employees and people I was there with. The employees were excellent.The program was good. On Fridays there were guest speakers, some days we did yoga, some days we went outside. They have a beach volleyball setup, an amazing outdoor area (sort of like an obstacle course), a basketball court, and a great game room. Food was really great. We even went on field trips. I went to the Harmony Safari and had the best time. Luckily this is the only rehab I've been to, so I dont have anything to compare it to but I think all the people leaving negative reviews probably dislike rehab itself, not specifically Bradford.
The Worst Possible customer care, they weren't informative about anything starting in the Chattanooga office. Arrival of treatment I didn't make it through the front door and I was getting bitten by what I found out later to be bed bugs!! Then while going through all my things because I never received a list of what I could bring... Well I didn't even know there was a list first off. They pretty much just trash everything while going through it made a complete mess. Idk if they were just aggrivated with all the bugs or not but I will go somewhere else!! Guys and girls fornicating all over the place it just isn't about recovery at all!! While making a mess with my things they weren't even going through the other new arrivals and you could tell they were dosed up on something!! If you aren't serious this is the place to be!!
I didn't think I'd like it here but I did!! I came out thankful, and actually gathered a lot from it. My only complaint is they sent me home with meds that my insurance would'nt pay for and the psych dr was suppose to call in a PA but never did!! That kinda frustrates me.
These people put my 19 year old daughter out on the street at 1am. Three hours from home because she made them angry.. The police officer that came to her rescue called us and said when he went to speak to them..because he was angry that they had lied to her and told her a mission would take her..when they knew full well they would not, said they were very rude him and ugly. I was absolutely terrified because she was left out on the street in a dangerous situaion! Thank god for the police that put her on a bus and got her back home.. Because of this..shes now very unwilling to seek help from anyone else..and hurt about how they treated her. No one from there even called to see if she was safe ..ever. Very bad place. .
A family member went there many years ago and was able to get their life back on track and remain in the medical field. We'll be forever grateful for the care and education we all received through this facility.
