Other than the employee who was on his cell phone and running to avoid me, everyone was great! Helped me find exactly what I needed.
Have always liked this Lowe's. Staff is helpful and never had a bad experience there. Get a MyLowe's card and let them scan it everytime you checkout, this makes returns effortless and no need for a receipt.
I also prefer Lowe's over Home Depot because Lowe's is in Madison and I want to support my city. Home Depot is NOT in Madison.
This is a fantastic store because of the customer care and service you receive consistently. I have been in the store numerous times over the past two years. I have never been in a store that keeps their customers a number one priority. Every once in a while the store exceeds great customer service to reach even a higher level of satisfaction. Their is one person that exceeds the word excellence on a daily basis Sheila. Most of the time I am in their with my service dog Ali she is always helping multiple customers. She never seems rushed but more in tune ,dialed into ,comfortable in her role in the department, being an example for coworkers to mirrior and bring knowledge to all that has proven to be transferable skills. She not only knows her department but she knows the whole store. She is without a doubt goal oriented, task management efficient, industrious with a great deal of tenacity. Sheila is everything that defines what Lowes needs. She impowers customers to get the best out of their projects. Through Sheila's skill set she keeps customers coming back into this store knowing that the next project will be as successful as the last. Sheila your appreciated by your customers that depend on you to never changing. Keep sharing your product knowledge that will continue expanding incremental sales through customer satisfaction.
Team members are always very helpful. If they can't answer your question, they will find someone who can. I would definitely recommend for your home improvement needs.
Lowe’s is so out of it, don’t ever purchase anything that requires installation by others, Lowe’s requires a non refundable deposits and will not provide any follow up on what a customer purchased, nor will the install get done. So the customer gets the shaft and the store gets bank. Keep it up Lowe’s I’m investing in stock at this rate I can maybe make some money to purchase what I need from someone else!
