Very in unhappy with the customer service. I had been with this company on and off for the last two years. Every since they have gotten new management I have hated them. I think today will be my last day with them. Rick has poor people skills.
I don't expect anything outrageous just engage the customer and make them feel like their complaints are heard and that you will make every effort to make sure they don't have that happen again as well as any other new customer.
THESE GUYS HAVE HELPED US OUT SEVERAL TIMES. LOVE THE STAFF. OUTSIDE MANAGEMENT NEEDS WORK
UPDATE: So upon further investigation I was sent a used laptop when they were suppose to get me a brand new one straight from HP. I have opened two cases with them and both had the same information, except now I know its used and we will see what they say.
I ordered an HP Omen i7 Laptop from them on their website and was told on the same day, over the phone, that it would be there Tuesday even though Monday was Labor Day. After almost having to scream at every customer rep I talked to, I was able to get it delivered Wednesday however upon opening the laptop it had their log in which wasnt password protected. Good enough right? Wrong. I had to talk to WOW, my internet provider because both HP and Aarons (who doesn't have any form of support inside or outside the store), in order to determine the IP settings were set to static. This means the laptop was looking for a specific IP address and my router wasn't it. Finally the area manager called and I was only able to briefly speak to him and he didn't seem happy with my experience. Today, 9/14/2017, I went in to make my first payment and the sales manager lady never made eye contact with me or really spoke to me about the product or my experience. The guy who looked like he was being trained however did and he looked at me and was happy that I liked the product. I will continue to rent the laptop but I WILL NOT GO BACK!!! Be careful with that lady, she did have a lady before me and she seemed happy to work with her but with me she wasn't.
UPDATE #2: Went to store and was immediately put down, they didn't say it directly but they might as well had called me a liar to my face. Got home and called the Huntsville store to ask about the green sticker on the bottom; they informed me the date on the sticker would be when it arrived at the store. Mind you, I ordered this before Labor Day, the sticker showed 5/31/2017. Time traveling device? When I called the store they told me it was the display model, but I was the first owner of the laptop. That isn't brand new, that is a floor model. No wonder this place gets less than three stars, when I tried calling out the lady a guy about tripped over a plant to turn around and attack me with, "What is your current complaint?" My current complaint is your company is full of liars and scoundrels.
