Awful Service. All I needed was to have my number switch to my be phone. I waited 45 minutes for a service that took only 10 minutes. 2 customer service employees were helping others while the other two just stood behind the counter on the computer. The guy keep apologizing. He offered me water and Gatorade. The lady with the long hair and glasses needs an attitude adjustment. I will never go back there for service.
I had a very bad experience here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
In the last two days, I have had nothing but bad experiences dealing with the representatives on the phone, and through the online chat feature... so I figured I would go see someone in-person. It would almost have to be better, right? Wrong. My first time to this location, and already my last! Looking for a new carrier online as we speak!
Went in to this store tonight to purchase two new iPhone 8's. When I walked in (approximately 4:50pm) there were only two other customers in the store. One was waiting at a table, and the other was being helped by a representative. I'm rather confused as to why there was an employee standing in the middle of the store (at the table by the front door) playing on her phone rather than helping anyone. I simply stood there waiting patiently for her to ask if I needed help; however, she didn't say a word. I'm sure she knew I was there, as she made eye contact with me several times, yet never once asked if she could help me, or why I was even in the store in the first place. I didn't see any other employees in the store, so I can only assume that there are just two of them. If there are more, they must have been in the back hiding. Who knows.
Horrible wait times if you go on weekends or evenings, staff are somewhat indifferent, prices are terribly high.
Completely incompetent representatives. They can't get the order right, despite kicking it up to the manager, Mark who couldn't get it right either. It is now three months after getting a "great" bundle rate I'm being billed for separate services that are $40+ more than the original agreement. I've spent 5 hours on phone trying to straighten it out, been into the store twice and today am going back in again --- chat line folks are idiots and incompetent as are store representatives . So my visit to the store produced this -- I was NEVER entitlted to a bundle because I don't have wireless service with them. So as I said -- idiots who don't know what they are doing, they "sell" you things you arent eligible to get. Courtney was very helpful, but another manager, Chase, was rude despite him telling me he was trying to "help me" by reducing my service, and thus my bill. He expected I could select another service in two minutes without comparing what they each offered. It would have meant switching back to a Satellite Dish which in my experience was horrendous, out the minute a raindrop fell. So I've wasted about 7 hours now only to find out that my $80 plus bill will now be $125.00 a mere 50% increase due to the incompetence of the employees I mentioned. Point is, they are SALESPEOPLE simply trying to sell you the most to make the highest possible commission on each transaction. It is quite unfortunate that this country has only a few provider MONOPOLIES - condoned by our elite US leaders - that we must choose between. Reality is they all screw us over and over and there is nothing we can do about it except switch every few years between crappy providers. SO sick of the liars, cheaters, and thieves in this country they seem to outnumber the rest of us.
