You need to be able to wait for it to be done. They had a large one before me, and I wasn't able to wait the 45 minutes for them to even get to me. I live just under 1 hour away. I'll have to go here first next time in town. 4 stars, beause I wish they had a faster way of doing it.

While this place has tons of great items and is really something great for a place like Madison, the whole trade in system is very flawed and pretty much a joke. You can take in perfectly good books, with no dog ears, no rips or tears, no writing inside or outside the books and even the ones with sleeves perfectly in tact but they will say they aren't in good shape. If you look at some of the books around the store they're in worse shape than books at the library. The binding coming apart, stains on pages, peoples names written on them in permanent marker, writing in the books, rips, tears, and just in general badly treated books that they're selling for almost a new price. They'll also only give you $2 in trade credit for a game they're selling for brand new at $60. You would be better off going to GameStop for trading games and that says a lot. As far as the book part, someone needs to open a real used book store because this definitely isn't it.
Wow this place is cool. From nerd to geek to hip, it has it all. We found something for me (dad), a ten year old boy and mom. Great store with great atmosphere. Never know what might be found.
I had never been in this type of store before until recently. I was absolutely amazed at the variety of products and the good quality of the used items. I went with friends to sell some of their used items and had a wonderful experience. Not only was it done efficiently, but also offered a very reasonable price for items. Natalie assisted us and I was very pleased with her knowledge and very polite nature. Would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
