Great service. The crew at Madison Cycles are friendly, helpful, and experienced. The prices are reasonable. They tuned my e-bike and I'm getting 10% more life out of my battery. Even adjusted the handlebars for comfort as an extra. Fixed my flat while I waited a few minutes past closing. Love these guys.

Been there twice now. If you're looking for a store that is...more corporate this isn't the place for you. If you want good service from guys that know their stuff, even if they aren't amazingly fast, this is the place for you. I walked in with the specialized that I built when I was working at a shop in the mid-2000's. I knew it was showing it's age, particularly the drivetrain. The short version is $500 to get mine back in good shape, or trade it for a new one for an extra $500. It only made sense.
Slow service! No communication! Not serious about business! Went to pick up my bike today after it was dropped off exactly a week ago. I was told the bike would be ready the same day, hopefully by close of business. I did not receive a single follow up phone call all week. So I went in expecting to pay and walk out within five minutes because they were obviously waiting on me, right? When I asked the status of my bike, at first, he didn't know where my bike was located, I had to point it out to him. Then when I asked why my bike wasn't fixed yet he said, "we have a lot of bikes" and he shrugged. Then I asked him how long it would take to fix and he said about a half hour. So basically, he's telling me in 47 hours of a working week they couldn't get a 30 minute bike job done. Even if he had exactly 94 bikes this past week that each took a half hour to fix I still would be skeptical. Had to ask myself, "Why should I wait around another 30 minutes while he does a lazy poor repair?" But he did recommend to avoid riding the bike not to cause any further damage, "Ya think?"! No hustle no dedication. Go here if you want to be treated like your time and money are not worthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.i
