I have been getting massages from Massage Envy since 2013 and the massages are always great. The customer service, however, is not the same. They pretend to be "nice" in your face but whisper when they think you're not listening. It happened to me twice on yesterday. I went for my birthday massage and upon entrance into the building I was not greeted. I walked to the counter and the front desk associate said very rudely, "you're here to check in?" She checked me In and another associate brought me paperwork to fill out. I sat there for about ten minutes after completing the paperwork while the two associates sat at the front desk and talked about whatever. I just sat there until I had to ask one of the associates if they were going to go over it with me. She came and got the paperwork and took me into the tranquility room. I waited for another ten minutes until my therapist came to get me. By this time it's 2:10. My session was from 2-3. I asked the therapist to give me a deep massage and work on my problem areas. She barely touched my problem areas and gave me very light pressure when I wanted deep. This is the first time in all of my years getting a massage that I didn't fall asleep. I couldn't relax. The massage seemed to be over really fast. She topped at 2:50. So essentially I only got a 40 minute massage. I tried to shake it off. I went to check out and the same associate that was rude to me (Caitlyn) just gave me my total and took my gift card. She did not ask how I was feeling or how my massage was. I was prepared to sign up for the membership but I wasn't even sold a pitch or given the opportunity to sign up. I am pretty sure the manager Caitlin had something to do with that. I was in complete shock. I called my husband instantly because he booked the appointment for my birthday. He told me I should call and voice my concerns. I called to speak with the manager and I was told she would have to call me back. She called me back and stated that she would speak with the therapist. Nothing else was offered. I am so disgusted with my experience at Massage Envy and will not return again!!! I have a $55 gift card I am trying to get rid because I will not return with the customer service I received on yesterday!!!

Friendly staff, warm environment, and lots of options to choose from! If you like the thought of monthly massage at a fixed price, this place is great! My favorite part is that if you can't make it one month, they let you roll your appointment into another month. You can also gift an appointment to a loved one!

Good massage but rather shady when it comes to extra charges. I told them how much gratuity to add but they ended up adding on double the gratuity I requested to add. Don’t do business with dishonest businesses.
I'm in about every two weeks to have my chronic back and shoulders worked on. Without the excellent work done, I'd be visiting doctors and emergency rooms instead. They even let me park my bike inside since there's no place to lock it outside. Professional staff. Everyone knows me by name on sight.
The staff was extremely professional. The brand new facility is top notch! Clean and the atmosphere is conducive to its purpose. My massage therapist Jessy.... Magic Hands! I was left speachless ! My body feels like its had a well deserved tune-up!
